Delivery Conditions
If you have placed an order for a product on our website;
We make every effort to deliver the products you have ordered on the same day. The products available on our website are sent to you within a maximum of 5 (five) days from the date of payment. In case of possible delays in delivery, you will be informed.
Please make sure to provide the correct and complete delivery address to ensure smooth product delivery. Your requests will be processed according to the delivery method you have chosen at the end of the order. The products will be sent through affiliated courier companies. After your orders are confirmed, they will be delivered to the courier company within a maximum of 5 (five) business days.
You can consult our customer representative regarding different delivery conditions. Additionally, the delivery services are valid only for Turkey.
Note: Our company is not responsible for any delays that may occur after the products are handed over to the courier. Shipments generally take less time than these maximum durations.
